What you organize yourself – not included in the retreat price
Flight to and from La Palma:
Transportation to and from the island is not included in the price. We recommend booking early to take advantage of favorable rates.
Accommodation during the retreat:
You book your room separately directly via the website of the Hotel Meliá La Palma, with whom Emmy is in direct contact. Half board (breakfast & dinner) is already included.
Lunch:
Lunch is not part of the retreat package. You'll have time each day to explore the local cuisine individually and at your own pace.
Travel insurance:
Personal travel cancellation or international health insurance is strongly recommended and is your responsibility.

If possible, arrive on the island no later than noon on November 7th. This will give you plenty of time to settle in, familiarize yourself with the place, and start the retreat in a relaxed manner.
On the day of departure, our program ends at 12:30 p.m. Ideally, plan a return flight that allows you to depart without stress and mindfully complete the processes you have experienced.

Step 2 – Book accommodation separately
All participants of the retreat will stay in a 4-star hotel during the retreat week Meliá La Palma, with whom Emmy is coordinating exclusively for this event. The hotel is quietly located, nestled in nature with views of the Atlantic – ideal for deepening the retreat experience in a harmonious environment.
Booking is done separately directly through the hotel website.
The retreat team expressly recommends this accommodation because it is organizationally tailored to the program (including half board: breakfast & dinner).
What else you might want to know
Do I need to have experience with meditation or bodywork to participate?
No. The retreat is open to everyone—whether you're new to meditation, breathwork, or emotional process work or already have experience. All exercises are sensitively guided, allowing you to engage at your own pace.
Is the retreat also suitable for people who do not suffer from migraines?
Yes. Even though the retreat was developed within the framework of the “Migraine Transformation” concept, it is aimed at everyone who wants to better understand psychosomatic connections, resolve emotional blockages and gain more inner clarity – regardless of a diagnosis.
Can I book the retreat alone or should I come with a companion?
You can do the retreat book easily alone – Many participants come alone. A supportive, intimate group atmosphere is created, where everyone finds space for themselves. If you come with a companion, that's also possible, of course – however, the retreat experience will be guided individually and consciously.
Is there a recommended arrival time or airport?
The nearest airport is La Palma (SPC)We recommend that you Friday morning (07.11.) so that you can relax and arrive at the hotel before the retreat starts at 3:00 PM. You can either take a taxi yourself or ask the hotel for a transfer.
What should I bring? Is there a packing list?
After your booking you will receive a Receipt email with a small packing list and other tips. Basically, you'll need comfortable clothes for exercise, something warm for the evening, a notebook—and an openness to new experiences.
