FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

How does such an evening go?

We begin with a brief welcome and introduction session. Afterward, there will be time for your questions and topics, which Emmy will address in the circle. At the end, we'll conclude together so that you can return to your daily life feeling strengthened and collected.

About 90 minutes, depending on the number of contributions and the dynamics of the group.

Yes, the sessions are free. This way, you can get to know the Migraine Practice Room and the Migraine Transformation Method without obligation, experience Emmy, and feel whether this format supports you in your process.

Yes – absolutely. In the migraine practice room, you can talk about anything that concerns you: your experiences with migraines, your doubts, your personal processes, or even topics that you rarely have the opportunity to discuss. There are no "wrong" questions. The space is there for you to show yourself – with everything that is there.

For the safety and cohesion of the group, it's very helpful if the camera is turned on and we can see each other. At the same time, if it feels more appropriate for you to turn the camera off at certain times, that's certainly possible.

No. You don't need any previous coaching or therapy experience, nor any special preparation. All that matters is your willingness to be present.

That can happen—and is welcome. Emmy works in a trauma-informed manner, so the space remains safe. You can take a break or turn off the camera at any time.

Yes – these sessions are the ideal setting to get to know Emmy, experience her presence, and get a feel for how she works. Even though the group setting differs from a one-on-one session, you will receive valuable insights. Above all, you will gain an authentic insight into the depth and impact of her unique 5D coaching.

No – I am not a doctor. What I offer is coaching based on my extensive psychotherapeutic training. It's about providing support, inspiration, and a new understanding of your migraines. These sessions are complementary to medical treatment. Please always discuss medical concerns with your doctor.
